These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Monongalia County Deputy Sheriff's Association (“MCDSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website, communications, and any services offered through this site. MCDSA may promote or conduct fundraisers, raffles, ticketed events, or community activities. Participation in any such activity is voluntary and subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Some items, prizes, or activities may be restricted or prohibited from being raffled or offered due to payment processor policies or legal regulations.

MCDSA may utilize third-party payment processors such as Stripe to accept donations or payments. Stripe maintains a list of restricted and prohibited business categories that limit what items or services may be sold, raffled, or promoted. MCDSA will comply with all applicable processor restrictions and reserves the right to modify or cancel any offering that  conflicts with these rules. 

Payments, donations, or ticket purchases may be processed through third-party services. MCDSA is not responsible for technical issues or processing errors caused by these providers. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the specific fundraiser, event terms, or payment processor policies.

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and branding, is the property of SVFD unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCDSA and its volunteers, officers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

MCDSA reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
